Our story

Brand Metrics Fintech is a Jaipur-based technology company building software for regulated banking and financial services.

Brand Metrics began as a software and IT services company. Working closely with banks taught us that the hardest problems in financial institutions are operational: notes waiting for approval, complaints without owners, transactions that do not match, and recoveries that nobody can track end to end.

We turned what we learned into focused products. Today the Metrics suite covers digital notes and documentation, grievance redressal, reconciliation, collections and recovery, insurance broking operations and management analytics.

Our platforms run at four Regional Rural Banks and at financial services and digital businesses across India. We stay deliberately focused on BFSI, because understanding regulation, audit and branch operations is what makes software work in this sector.
